Please read on!<BR><BR>Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:<BR>You will be managing technical projects of to achieve defined objectives of scope, quality, time and cost.<BR>Be able to manage and co-ordinate multiple projects simultaneously.<BR>Supervise contractors, consultants and vendor resources effectively.<BR>Communicate with clients regarding the details and the scope of work, timeline, schedules, etc.<BR>Perform onsite visits meeting with clients to ensure conduit, floor boxes, AC power, cable, etc. are being installed according to the drawings<BR>Scheduling projects internally, making sure the adequate and correct resource are assigned<BR>Develop and maintain project schedules and financial budget for assigned projects.<BR>Reporting job status to internal team members<BR>Provide feedback to Department Manager(s) regarding teamwork performance<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>Applicant must have at least 3 years experience in a project management role in the audio visual or related industry.<BR>Must be a self starter & motivator with strong attention to details, should possess good leadership qualities and be able to multi-task and must be well organized.<BR>Must have exceptional communication skills both orally and written.<BR><BR>Nice to have:<BR>CTS and or PMI certifications are a plus.<BR><BR>What's in it for you:<BR>Competitive base salary based on experience, health and dental benefits, 401k and other valuable company benefits.<BR><BR>So, if you have at least 3 years of experience in project management.
